Working full-time and looking after 2 teenagers and a toddler can be very challenging, but you know what? I’m glad that I am given the privilege to be able to do so.
I mean look at this little girl, she’ll take all your tiredness away! 😍❤️
Never did I realise that my anniversary gift for the husband would turn me into a “vinyl record lover”, I don’t know, it’s probably the idea of playing record I find so attractive, the nostalgic feeling it brings.
My husband’s right, it’s not just Grandpa’s music anymore.
Now his Vinyl record player sits proudly in our lounge where he plays his music as he sing along with it.
I love seeing this guy happy! 😊
Every start of the year the husband & I have this “meeting”. And in this meeting we make a list of our plans for the new year, from saving, booking holidays, home planning, everything! Then I do a tick-box list, put it in front of my diary and through the year we work hard and pray hard to achieve this goals.
Last year it was mostly for our home, refurbishing, painting and decorating it. We would like to hire someone to do the job but we don’t want to spend more money into paying someone so instead, the husband & I did it together!
From plastering, painting, wall paper & decorating, we did everything, and I think we deserve a pat on the shoulder for a pretty good job, not bad for first-timers! 😛
I’m now excited for 2015, to execute all our plans for this year, and as always we will work hard and pray hard to accomplish everything!
1 Corinthians 2:9
But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, and upon the heart of man has not come up that which God has prepared for those who love him.”
Happy New Year!
