Proud Mommy Moment

To date, this boy has already four unconditional university offers. Mechanical Engineering offers from Edinburgh University, Heriot-Watt & Edinburgh Napier University and BS Mathematics offer from Edinburgh University.

Knowing that there’s still a long way to go, I want to assure you that I’ll be with you every step of the way.

You’re doing well RB and my heart is beating well with pride. ❤️

And just recently, he received the offer he was waiting for the most. An unconditional offer to do Aero-Mechanical Engineering from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.

His will. His Way. Our Faith.

🌸One fine Sunday 🌸

With the weather being so nice lately, one Sunday after church the family headed to the Royal Botanic Gardens for a quick walk. It was a delightful sight to see the children running around enjoying the beautiful weather.

Let me share some of the snaps taken on that glorious day.

We couldn’t get enough of how cute Zoey looked that day, with her red top, jeans and her cute pink braces, she is giving mommy a definite run for her money!

And even I have some decent photos taken by the husband that day too…🙈

And lastly before heading home we went to Yes Sushi and enjoyed a very nice meal. It was a good day. And for this Sunday, and for everyday, I am grateful. ❤️

6 Years ❤️

It’s nice to think where we’ve been the last six years. The memories we’ve made, ridiculous fights we’ve gotten in, sorrows we’ve encountered, joys we’ve experienced and the growth we’ve seen.

Here’s to many more years by your side B. You know what? It’s such a joy to be your wife.❤️

Mahal kita pero kung ayaw mong maniwala, tara sa kwarto at patutunayan ko. 😆

Instaserye the Breakfast Series ❤️

Ok, so this morning we were both off & with all children at school we were both lost & we don’t know what to do.

We’ve decided to head to F&B to grab some breakfast while we discuss future holiday plans.

It was weird eating without the little girl stealing on my plate. We really miss our kids when they’re not with us, I’m sure all parents feel the same.

So we headed home just in time to pick the not so little one from nursery.

It was an uneventful morning but it’s pretty sweet. I love sharing my coffee and everything else with that dude. ❤️

Click-O-Mambo 📸

With our partners Oliver & Maricar, Alain & myself statted this new venture- a photography business, something that all love.

Last week, we did another first, studio portaits, with no models to pay, we took shots of each other and used it as our sample for our online portfolio. Let me show you the outcome. I’m pretty chuffed with our husbands’ work. 😊

So let me formally introduce you to the best team there is… the Click-O-Mambo team.👌🏼For bookings & inquiries, kindly visit our Facebook page. 😊

Three hours in three years ❤️

Let’s be honest, right now, a full day off is a thing of the past. With three children at home a full day to do something for ourselves or to take some time to relax isn’t really on the cards. But that doesn’t mean we can’t try to do little things here and there. Like tonight, I’ll be watching The Legend of Tarzan with this guy – our first ever date night since Zoey was born. That’s almost three years to be exact!

We had a whole three hours to ourselves which is pretty good  but I now can’t wait to go home and tell my kids everything about the film. ☺️

Mrs. D

Dearest Daughter,

I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you’ve never felt before. I hope you meet people with different points of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. And if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.❤️

I love you Zoey.

Valentine’s Day ❤️

I mean really, since when did we start celebrating Valentine’s Day?

We don’t normally celebrate this day, because I personally think it’s just a “commercialism scheme” and the husband believes that love should be celebrated everyday. But I think we have succumbed to it, I don’t know why. I gave him a card and cinema ticket for Deadpool, and let me show you what I got…

Yes, not one but two dozens of flowers, the Daniel Wellington wrist candy was a part of his pasabog too. But the best part and my favourite part was the card.

Working full-time and looking after two teenagers and a toddler is very demanding, and very tiring, we hardly have any time for ourselves. But that’s ok, we’re used to that anyway. Date night is usually spent sneaking  in the living room, drinking coffee and watching our favourite program while the children are upstairs. I know we’re probably boring, but boring is not bad. 🙃

Flowers today, hopefully the world tomorrow. An excerpt on what’s written inside.

And now I know why we celebrate this day, maybe because for us, it gives us time to pause a little, to ignore our busy life for a second and appreciate what we have… Each other & our children.

I love you B!
